- 4 ounces butter, slightly softened
- 2 ounces granulated sugar
- 2 ounces palm sugar
- 4 teaspoons ground ceylon cinnamon (cassia cinnamon can be used for a lesser flavor)
Mix all ingredients listed together in a glass or ceramic bowl (avoid metal) until just smooth, do not over mix, you want the butter firm not hot and liquid.
Cover and freeze for 10 mins
