Pineapple Upside Cake
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 20oz can sliced pineapple, save the juice
- 60z jar of maraschino cherries
- 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moise Yellow Cake Mix
- Oil & Eggs per cake mix
- 10″x13″ Pan
Melt the butter in the 10×13 pan and srpinkle the brown sugar evenly over butter. Arrange the pineapple rings evenly around the pan and place a cherry in the center of each ring.
Prepare the cake mix per the instructions and subtitute the 1 1/4 cup of water with as much pineapple juice as possible. Pour the mix in the pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45min per cake instructions or until it doest stick to a toothpick poke.
