• 2 scallions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 6 tbsp dijon mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • sour cream
  • fresh black pepper
  • salt
  • rice wine vinegar

Slice and then finely chop the scallions, mince the garlic, finely chop the dill, thyme, and  parsley and mix in a bowl. Fold in the dijon mustard, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Then mix in the fresh cracked black pepper, salt and rice wine vinegar.  Mix and let sit for 40 minutes.
