• 1 head broccoli cut into quarter florets
    • 8- oz fresh mushrooms sliced
    • 1 sliced red pepper
    • 1 shallot diced
    • 3 Tbsp butter
    • 1 splash of Avocado oil
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
    • black and white sesame seeds (for decoration)
    • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    • 8oz rice noodles

    Melt the 3tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and mix in one splash of Avocado oil to keep the butter fat from burning. Add broccoli for 6 minutes and then add shallots, sliced red pepper & mushrooms. Cook until starting to soften, about 4  minute more. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add teriyaki sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until broccoli has reached the desired tenderness. Sprinkle the cheese and sesame seeds over it once plated and serve immediately.
