• 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 8- oz fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8oz box of Annie Chun’s pad Thai rice noodles

Boil 8oz of pad thai rice noodles and set aside.

Melt the 3tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli for 3 minutes and then add shallots, sliced red pepper & mushrooms. Cook until starting to soften, about 4  minute more. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add teriyaki sauce. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until broccoli has reached the desired tenderness. Sprinkle the cheese over it once plated and serve immediately .
