  • 1 bag of macaroni pasta
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 3 roasted red peppers
  • 1/8 – 1/4  cup red wine vineagr
  • 1/8 – 1/4  cup olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • crushed basil

Boil pasta down, drain. Stir in oil and vinegar. salt & pepper to taste. chop spinach & peppers and mix into noodles. Add garlic. Add feta cheese. Stir in parmesan to taste. Add crushed basil to taste.
