  • 5 tablespoons of freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup minced white onion
  • 1/3 cup banana peppers
  • Kosher Salt
  • 2 large avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • 1 medium lime’s zest

Take all items (except the salt) and mix into a strong glass bowl and carefully mash together with a curved potato masher. Fold in the salt and serve.
