• 1/4th Cup Chopped Scallions
  • 8oz of Cream Cheese
  • 16 green jalapenos (halved & deseeded)
  • 6oz gouda cheese
  • 8 pieces of applewood bacon (cut in half)

Mix the 1/4th of a cup of scallions into the 8oz of cream cheese, while that sets slice the 16 green jalapenos in half so that you have 16 long cups to hold the mix in and 16 lids to those cups. Place 1 tbsp of cream cheese mix into half of the jalapeno halves and place a slice of gouda cheese ontop of the cream cheese mix. Cover with the other matching top of jalapeno. Wrap with half a slice of applewood bacon and place on a cooking sheet. Repeat for all 16 peppers.

Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
