Tartar Sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp parsley minced
- 2 tbsp cornichons minced
- 2 tbsp capers minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp malt vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Fish Batter
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1tsp kosher salt
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups of dark beer
- 6 to 10 Cod fillet strips
Dredge the Cod fillets in the fish batter mix, fry for 6 minutes or until golden brown in a oil fryer. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the fried cods and serve with the tartar sauce blend.
